Meet Shay
Shay Miller founded Basil & Bourbon Catering in 2020. She is a liscensed registered nurse, and she has one daughter, Bailey. Cooking, hospitality, and family are Shay’s great passions.

Ham, turkey, and Swiss on Hawaiian rolls, topped with a tangy butter sauce and a sprinkle of powered sugar; raspberry preserves on the side. Served with maple bourbon pickles and Miss Vickies chips.
Shrimp Alfredo $16
Our house Alfredo sauce tossed with fettuccini and blackened shrimp, served with breadsticks.
Marinated Tuna Sushi Bowl $16 (Wednesday-Friday only)
Fresh marinated tuna from The Morning Catch. Served on sushi rice with cucumber, mango, avocado, sushi sauce and sriracha mayo, sesame seeds, crunchy noodles, and green onions. Soy sauce on the side.
7-Layer Salad $13
A fan favorite! Layered salad in this order: Romaine, spinach, chopped boiled egg, chopped bacon, tomatoes, green onions, shredded cheese, and green peas, served with creamy dill dressing on the side. Add chicken for add’l $2.
7-Layer Salad Wrap $13 with chicken $15
7-Layer Salad in a wrap! Order with our without chicken. Miss Vickies chips and maple bourbon pickles on the side.
